Our property is a short 5 minutes drive from local attractions such as Dunn’s River, Mystic Mountain, Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, local beaches, Duty Free shopping and restaurants; and approximately 15 minutes from Yaaman Adventure Park, Blue Hole and Scotches Jerk Center.
As a retired entrepreneur, who was Born and raised on the tropical island of Jamaica, I have a lifelong passion for travel, discovering new cultures and sharing my own love for the beauty of Jamaica. I split my time between Southern Florida, travelling throughout the world and Ocho Rios Jamaica; where I am an active member of the local commerce community.
Very much the adventurer my son Warren, a graduate of "UCF" has always looked forward to visiting our family vacation home, Fruta Villa where he can often be found relaxing in his favorite spots - the balcony or the riverside hammock.
